In this role you will:
- Design solar solutions for businesses: You'll assess customer needs and create custom solar power systems.
- Analyze and plan projects: You'll assess sites, design systems, and create financial proposals.
- Manage customer relationships: You'll be the main point of contact throughout the project.
- Oversee project execution: You'll coordinate with teams to ensure smooth installation and maintenance.
- Stay updated and improve: You'll research new technologies to keep our solar solutions at the forefront.
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering, a technical field, or a related area.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience: Specifically in the Commercial Solar Industry.
Skills:
- Software Proficiency: Ability to use solar photovoltaic (PV) system design software.
- Adaptability & Creativity: Ability to thrive and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Advocacy: Skill in representing user needs within the company.
- Proven Sales Performance: A history of growing sales and consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- B2B Sales Experience: Experience specifically in selling to businesses, not directly to consumers.
- Technical Sales Skills: Comfort selling complex solutions that involve technical aspects.
- Communication & Value Proposition: Ability to explain technical details of commercial solar in a way that highlights the benefits and value for customers.
